A Little More Information.
So, my three acceptance letters had some special pieces written in them. My Western Washington letter gave me Admission with Distinction, which makes me feel pretty cool, haha. Western also offered me a $1,500 a year scholarship based on academics. Not too bad. My Seattle University letter specifically mentioned my admissions essay and said they would love to accept me for their school. They also offered me a $9,000 a year scholarship based on academics :). Yay for free money! Now, New York University, my dream college, was a little less exciting. I did not get admission into the certain program that I wanted, but I was put into the General Studies Program. It is a two-year liberal arts program which basically guarantees you admission into the original program you applied for (as long as you maintain a 3.0 GPA, which I should be okay with). If you want to read more, go here: http://gsp.nyu.edu/page/aboutgsp. It is still part of NYU and just as exciting :). I'm still waiting for my financial packet from them though. Hopefully, I will receive a lot of money and be able to go there. We will see...the packet should be coming this week. I'm nervous!
